Job Description
We are seeking a Lobby Services/CTD Supervisor to join our team at Swedish Hospital. Main function includes to supervise employees to ensure that established standards and processes of the Lobby Services and Central Transportation Department are being maintained. This position coordinates the flow of patients, guests, and visitors by providing accurate information, problem-solving matters in the moment, and responding to a variety of needs. This position also requires cross-training to support the daily operations related to the Central Transport Department, all of which requires high-quality customer service and a professional approach.

Qualifications

- Position prefers a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in related field preferred.
- Must be able to communicate in the English language.
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively.
- Ability to use phone functions.
- Ability to use computer functions.
- Ability to work well under time constraints.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
