Human Supports of Idaho, a partner practice of Behavioral Health Solutions, is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist who is passionate about supporting residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) on their journey toward recovery. Peer Specialists are crucial team members who bring valuable perspectives to the comprehensive care we provide within SNFs.

Job Duties
- Create a safe and trusting space in order to build rapport with participants and their designated supports
- Complete various assessments, treatment plans, reviews, and progress notes in a timely manner
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with treatment providers and staff
- Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written communication
- Adhere to HSI policies and procedures as well as the NASW Code of Ethics
- Effectively navigate Electronic Medical Record systems (Athena. Training will be provided in-house)
- Complete 10 CEUs annually
