Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
- Part-time, 2 days per week (with potential for additional shifts depending on census).
- Wednesday & Friday, 10-12 hours/week.
Location: 802 West Drake Rd. Fort Collins, Colorado.

About the Role:
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Columbine Therapy Services, you will:
- Evaluate each patient as a unique and complete person to develop comprehensive treatment programs.
- Maintain care records and collaborate with physicians, family, and other team members to improve quality of life and ensure program success.
- Support our philosophy of empowering staff member growth through assistance with training opportunities and personal development via attending continuing education.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology (Masters Degree).
- Certificate of clinical competency from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or in process of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term and subacute rehab preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document treatment plan.
- Adaptability to incorporate feedback into treatment plan and make adjustments as needed.

- Passion for serving others and a drive to continually grow and develop.
- Strong work ethic and quality of character.
Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $39 - $48/hr. DOE
