The Growing Place, a Christian-based educational program of Richmond First United Methodist Church, is seeking a Childcare Director. The Director is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and comfort for all children. The Director should be familiar with and ensure compliance with Kentucky Child Care Regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing program policies
Acting as a liaison between the church and the childcare center
Assuring each child is protected from abuse and neglect
