This is a combined posting for a Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Laboratory Scientist. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. In conjunction with the medical technologists, performs test analysis on patient specimens including blood, urine, culture samples and other body fluids. Performs test analysis on quality control samples, proficiency samples and performs equipment maintenance.

Medical Laboratory Technician
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in related sciences or equivalent educ/experience.
- Associate's degree with ASCP/ASCPi/AMT Certification as a MLT 6 months post hire.
- Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Society for Clinical Pathology.
- Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Medical Technologists.
- Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology.
- Upon hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology.
- Upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government.
- All certifications must be maintained throughout duration of employment. Continuing education requirements required to maintain license must be completed.

Medical Laboratory Scientist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists.
- Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts.
- Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology.
- Upon hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology.
- Upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science or Bachelor's degree with ASCP/ASCPi/AMT Certification as a MLS or MT experience 6 months post hire.
Medical Laboratory Scientist, Salary Range: Everett, WA Min: $39.68, Max: $59.04
