Providence is calling for applications to our March 2025 RN Residency. An RN Residency with Providence St. Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. This position starts on March 10, 2025.
Full-Time Night Shifts available for most specialties. Full Time Day Shifts available for Operating Room.
Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000
All other departments: $10,000
Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated upon hire

Pay Range: $43.91 - $82.43. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
