The successful candidate:
Sign-on bonus of $5000
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm with rotating on call responsibilities for weekends and holidays
Professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for:
- Patient assessment relative to the performance of Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures
- Promotion of radiation safety
- Demonstration of safe and effective patient care
- Preparation of radiopharmaceuticals and the performance of scanning procedures for both in-patients and out-patients, working under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Radiologist.
- Preparation and administration of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and microspheres under the direction of a Board-Certified Radiologist.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved School of Nuclear Medicine
- A.R.R.T. registry in Nuclear Medicine or N.M.T.C.B. registry
- Licensed in the State of Illinois
- BCLS CPR Certification
