Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Gastrointestinal Pathologist
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an AP or AP/CP board-certified gastrointestinal pathologist at the rank of Assistant or Associate Attending Pathologist. Fellowship training in Gastrointestinal Pathology is a requirement. The position provides an opportunity to practice in a unique clinical and academic environment that emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach to personalized patient care with cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment modalities.
Role Overview:
- Provide diagnostic services in Gastrointestinal and Hepatopancreatobiliary Pathology.
- Engage in collaborative patient care and translational research with members of our world-class gastrointestinal disease management teams.
- Participate in our educational programs geared towards Oncologic Surgical Pathology, Gastrointestinal Pathology, and Gastrointestinal Oncology trainees.
Key qualifications:
- Strong, independent sign-out experience is highly desired.
- Board Certified MD.
- Continuing Education: Ongoing education to stay current with advancements in the field, often involving attending conferences, workshops, and contributing to scientific research.

Pay range: $197,000 - $310,000
Compensation is based on multiple variables. This range represents annual salary only and does not include supplemental performance-based pay or any one-time payments that eligible candidates may be offered at the time of hire. Salary will be commensurate with experience and the cost of living in New York City. Subsidized housing close to the MSK campus is available.
