Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, focusing on providing top-notch patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere strictly to state laws and facility policies to ensure legal compliance and safety in practice.
- Complete all necessary training and education requirements including Medicare understanding, OSHA regulations, and relevant continuing education to stay current with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and ensure all treatment records are accurate and submitted on time.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and third-party payers to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
- Participate actively in facility meetings and maintain up-to-date CPR certification.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Must possess a CAPTE-accredited degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively, meeting all documentation and treatment deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and cooperation from patients and team members.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting patients with movements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Advanced certification or specialization in physical therapy fields is an asset.
- Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to professional development.
