The Role Itself
Kids Thrive is currently seeking an experienced Director to work in a Pediatric Day Treatment Program providing care and treatment to clients ages 3 to 10. Previous experience working with children is preferred.
With a focus on both group and individual services, our dedicated professionals provide a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to: Intake, Business Development, Quality, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes.
- Ensure quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Develop positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers, and the public.
- Contribute to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Independent Licensure in the State of Ohio with supervisor designation (LISW-S, LPCC-S)
