What you will do:
- Sell company products and services
- Maintain sales programs within assigned territory/accounts
- Responsible for meeting annual sales goals
- Monitor competitive activity and trends
- Knowledge of product features, benefits, and use
- Provide training to employees, as needed
- Initiate trials that will support marketing efforts
- Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis
- Research and respond to technical inquiries
- Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations
- Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research
- Maintain and build customer contacts
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally based program
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
- PCA license required, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials
- Valid Driver’s License
Salary range $79,100 - $145,000 annually. This range is estimated for a Crop Consultant in Anaheim, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
