Full time Regional Support Veterinarian - New Opportunity + Great Compensation - Dallas/Fort Worth - TX
We are seeking a seasoned veterinarian to join our team as a Regional Support Veterinarian. This is a full-time, salaried clinical role, requiring an average of four days per week in our hospitals, with frequent travel across the Dallas/Fort Worth - TX region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in diverse clinical environments, mentoring, or stepping into veterinary leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care while on shift at various hospital locations.
- Adapt seamlessly to different practice environments and collaborate with a variety of teams.
- Exhibit a high level of empathy, tailoring your approach and treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each hospital’s team and clientele.
- Maintain a positive and resilient mindset, with a strong desire to support and uplift others.
- Travel locally on a weekly basis to different practice locations.
- Prior experience in leadership or mentorship is highly valued.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
- Ability to hold or obtain a veterinary license in good standing in the states where our practices are located.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to delegate responsibilities appropriately.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex information and making decisions that respect the needs of all stakeholders.
- Capability to work effectively with, lead, and motivate individuals with varying personality types.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Professional conduct that reflects the importance of the Veterinarian position.
- Ability to represent our practices positively within the profession and the community.
