Nursing Manager
The Nursing Manager is responsible for assuring the day-to-day operations of nursing triage are conducted in compliance with Access Community Health Centers (Access) policies, standards, and overall organizational plans.
The job scope includes working closely with the Director of Clinical Services-Medical to oversee the role of the Registered Nurse staff in triage and care management delivery to Access patients. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring a high quality and satisfying patient experience, motivating and developing individuals and teams, using resources effectively and efficiently, and leading process improvement activities. The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with other site leaders to carry out Access’ mission and goals.
The Nursing Services Manager will collaborate with the Clinical Managers at each site to provide adequate staffing levels, appropriate learning experiences, and a professional work environment utilizing a team-based approach and effective, closed-loop communication to ensure high quality efficient patient care.
Access’ leadership team is responsible for the implementation of risk management and safety functions throughout the organization. The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that event reports are completed and followed up with root cause analysis and process improvement and managing patient complaints and behavior issues in conjunction with the Risk and Safety Team.

Desired candidate would have the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current WI RN License and BLS
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of telephone triage experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in a clinical leadership role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
