A Massachusetts healthcare organization is seeking their Interim Perianesthesia Director!
The Position
- The Interim Parianesthesia Director will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations pertaining to perianesthesia initiatives across three campuses.
- The Interim Director will focus on ongoing initiatives including staffing and operational stabilization, process improvement, compliance, patient safety, and departmental growth.
- This leader will strive to build strong working relationships with physicians, staff, and administration while encouraging strong communication and collaboration throughout the department.
- Ideal candidates will bring strong Parianesthesia experience and will be strong mission-driven leaders.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field is required.
- Active RN MA license is required.
- Candidates must be active members of the American Society of Perianesthesia Nurses (ASPAN).
- CAPA and/or CPAN certifications are required.
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
