Utilizing the Nursing Process of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating, the Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care; managing assigned personnel, and promoting collaboration among the multi-disciplinary health care team. The RN maintains open communication and is available to component organizations and practitioner sites for consultation.
Education
Associates Degree in Nursing - Required
Experience
1-2 Years Surgical Nursing - Preferred
License & Certification
Registered Nursing License with State of Practice - Required
Professional Certification - Required upon hire or within one year of eligibility
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required for Holding Area and CVOR

- Provide excellent patient care. Keeps family informed. Rounds on team and assists as needed.
- Documents and scans all refill requests, new prescriptions, phone calls, laboratory and diagnostic results, medical equipment/supply orders, referrals, notifications, problems, appointments, contact information, and medical records to the EMR.
