Job Description:
Registered Nurse to teach the home health aid program for CNAs. This is a part-time contract position at the beginning with the potential to become part-time regular.
The RN will be included in the initial application for the home health nurse aid program and will proceed to teach after the program is approved by the Dept. of Public Health.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have 1-year full-time experience with a Home Health Agency
- Experiences must be verifiable to qualify to teach
- Experience in teaching HHA or experience in the application/renewal process of HHA program is preferred but not required.
Approval Timeline:
Estimate time for approval: 3 months. Estimate class start date: February 2025.
