About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students near Newark, Delaware. The team is flexible in determining the nature of the caseload so whether you are interested in middle school, high school, developmental speech and language disorders, or AAC, there is likely an opportunity for you! The position responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address each student's specific needs.
Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
Working in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.
Continuously monitoring student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Maintaining transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.

Qualifications:
School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
