In this role, you will serve as the leader for physicians and advanced practice providers within Hospital Medicine and provide clinical leadership, coordination, and collaboration amongst HPHMG providers across Hawai‘i Pacific Health or its affiliates. The Chief of Hospital Medicine oversees the work of their respective HPH Division and provides key leadership into the development and implementation of system wide clinical standards, clinical care coordination, input into the strategic planning process and program development, physician recruiting and retention, and promotion of physician professionalism and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Medicine or related field. Current Hawai‘i license to practice medicine. Managerial experience in healthcare administration/medical management or equivalent. Extensive prior clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration. Completion of Physician Leadership Training.
