Short DescriptionCCA Practice Manager II will serve as a key resource for CCA operations of a 44+ exam room facility with 17+ providers. This position must hold RN, BSN, MSN credentials with working knowledge of Administrative and Ambulatory Clinical Operations. Minimum 8+ years of management experience with a strong and extensive background in building strong relationships and managing teams with staff at multiple levels. Proven success in managing programs, fiscal, and employee HR matters, statement of operations, and budgets to ensure the success of operations. Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in an ambulatory setting with a strong understanding of HIPAA and business practices. Must display excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills. This individual will have direct responsibility for the facility/practice and work closely with the Director of Patient Services & Regulatory Compliance along with the Director of Quality & Safety for Cooper Care Alliance. Responsible for overseeing all the administrative and business operation aspects of a private medical or wellness practice. Their duties include hiring employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the budget of the practice. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software. Good leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills with an understanding of P&L’s and operation statements. In-depth knowledge of health care finance best practices and standards. Great organization and time management skills with an understanding of health and safety standards in the medical industry. Must have the ability to establish and implement effective workplace procedures and ensure policies are followed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with proficiency in strong computer (EHR) and IT system capabilities i.e., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities- Set strategic goals with sound analysis and projections for business success.
- Review and renew, or establish standard operating procedures for organizational operations, including legal and regulatory compliance.
- Establish and implement effective workplace procedures.
- Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations.
- Oversee and provide direct oversight of MAs and clinical operations.
- Hire, train, and monitor administrative operations.
- Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply.
- Interact with patients and address their complaints.
- Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
- Must have knowledge and the ability to complete Kronos payroll, PTO, staffing schedules, and evaluations.
- Must have knowledge of P&L’s and business operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience Required5+ years’ experience in management and operations in Ambulatory Care setting. Prior leadership experience is a must.
Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred.
License/Certification RequirementsBSN Required.
