I’m the Regional Medical Director for our intensivist program at St. Mary Medical Center, a level 2 teaching hospital located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. I’ve been a part of Sound Critical Care since 2004, when I joined as a staff intensivist. I’m proud of the critical care team we have built in Langhorne and welcome interest from new graduate and practicing critical care physicians.

People
- Our team at St. Mary Medical Center is an experienced team of 5 intensivists and 2 critical care advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Our team is comprised of clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine.
- Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care. We encourage our team members to be active participants in committees and to become part of the larger hospital team.
- Langhorne is located in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Conveniently located between Philadelphia and Trenton, candidates can choose from endless communities in which to reside.
Practice
- St. Mary Medical Center is a 373-bed community hospital and part of the larger Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic healthcare family. Named Best Regional Hospital by US News and World Report for 2023-2024, St. Mary Medical Center is an award-winning hospital that has been serving the Langhorne community for generations.
- The ICU units contain Medical, Surgical, Cardiovascular, and Neurology beds.
- Intensivist-led multidisciplinary rounds with participation from internal medicine residents are a fundamental part of our practice and occur every day with active team participation.
