Overview:
Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a team-oriented, bilingual Spanish speaking Family Medicine PA to join our collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. We are a multi-specialty group with more than 100 physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners that is a physician-led and patient-centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Compensation/Benefits Include:
- Compensation Range: $134,098 - $150,190
- Productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance
The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate based on experience. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
