Are you an accomplished professional in your field who wants to give back to your community? Joining Carrington College as an Instructor is a great way to make a real impact on the next generation. Faculty members are primarily responsible for the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Faculty members facilitate and ensure student learning and mastery of course, program, and institutional learning outcomes as defined in the curriculum and course syllabi. Instructors are supported and supervised by the Academic Dean, Program Director, and/or Campus Director.

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:
- Be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
- BLS for healthcare provider.
- Possess a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
- Have a minimum total of 2 years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both within the past 5 years.
