We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Odenton, Maryland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring top-notch mental health care delivery to our consumers.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions for those who sign-on by September 30th!

Position Details:

Full or Part-Time: Monday to Friday

Location: Odenton Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Candidate Info:

Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
Supervision provided for graduate-level candidates.
Recent social work and counseling interns encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans
Ability to provide supervision preferred but not required.

Therapists are fee-for-service and are paid based on a monthly invoice. Some positions may instead be considered as salary positions:

LGPC, LMSW: $64,889 - $72,676 p/y

LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT: $70,898 - $79,405 p/y
