Overview
Join RxWound LLC as an Independent Medical Sales Representative and be a key player in revolutionizing chronic wound care. This high-visibility, commission-only 1099 contract role offers the opportunity to connect patients suffering from chronic wounds with our network of providers, leveraging amniotic membrane allografts to facilitate healing.
Key Benefits:
- Complimentary Leads: We provide our reps with free leads of patients needing our solutions.
- High Earnings Potential: On average, our reps earn $2000 per week, with payments sent bi-weekly. Multiple six-figure months on a residual basis are obtainable within your first six months.
- Supportive Tools: We pay for the use of Monday.com CRM for tracking patients and managing sales activities.
- Endorsements: Our products are endorsed by Kevin O'Leary and Dr. Pimple Popper.
- Expert Billing Support: Our wound billing experts protect clients from clawbacks and denials from insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Manage territory coverage and client service frequency.
- Promote RxWound's vision of becoming the American Leader in Amniotic Membrane Allografts.
- Deliver education and training to distributor sales teams, partners, and patients.
- Implement RxWound's branding standards and communicate field activity to the Regional Manager.
- Develop market knowledge and awareness of competitors’ offerings.
- Perform administrative functions associated with account and physician office management.
Background & Experience:
- Preferred: Pharma/Medical Device/Lab background with existing physician/NP relationships.
- Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, manage objections, and work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Technical: Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 50% locally, with some availability for evening and weekend work events.
