About the Role
The primary function of this role is to facilitate the provisioning and testing of all equipment before said equipment is shipped out for either support-related requests or new installs. The secondary function is managing the RMA process for each device as identified in the provisioning of new equipment or equipment within warranty already out in the field. Lastly, this role will assist the Support Department as needed based on personnel shortages, call volume, and support functions. The person in this role must be highly skilled in time management, proficient in detail-oriented communication, and display professional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provisioning and testing Cipe Solutions store brand required equipment
- Managing the RMA process for each piece of equipment
- The building of configurations for each device provisioned
- The receiving of ISP calls
- Support assistance (as needed)
Location & Commitments
- Atlanta, GA Office
- Part-time (8 to 24hrs a week)
- Mon-Fri
- Unpaid Internship with potential hiring based on applicant performance during the internship
Requirements
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and well communicated
- Must be proficient in digital calendar software (Google Calendar, iCalendar)
- Must be able to multitask at a high level
- Must have some form of experience with IoT devices
