OCES is looking for a Behavioral Health Supervisor to support behavioral health initiatives, participate in clinical social work-related committees, and provide supportive consultation, assessment, and referral services to OCES staff in matters concerning behavioral health issues affecting the well-being of OCES' consumers.
Current LCSW/LICSW license required.
What you'll do:
- Assist BH Manager in triage of program referrals.
- Provide training/support and clinical supervision to assigned BH clinicians/interns.
- Carry small caseload as appropriate/necessary.
- Consult with staff and providers to recommend appropriate actions and services.
- Coordinate program development and provide outreach to ensure program growth.
- Maintain and review timely and appropriate case documentation according to state regulations, agency standards, other funding sources/grant requirements.
- Facilitate support/psychoeducational groups as needed.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related software.
- Master's degree in social work or related field.
- Current LCSW/LICSW license
- At least three years of related experience.
