Position Summary: This individual will serve as a research manager for the Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) Research Program which provides clinical research support for 15 departments. This position will train and support clinical research efforts across all departments, as needed, and will lead undergraduate research training. This individual will also serve as a clinical research manager for the Emotional Neuroscience Research Program which includes multiple federally-funded programs across different institutes and multi-site studies across multiple universities. This individual will be responsible for managing clinical and translational research operations, including planning, organizing, and executing the clinical research program.
Salary Range: $60,500 - $90,800/annual

Required Qualifications:
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health-related or scientific field (Will consider six years related education/experience).
- Required Experience: 3 years of clinical and/or research experience in a clinical or laboratory setting, including experience supervising research staff (Will consider six years related education/experience).
- Required Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, RedCap.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage and/or supervise clinical research activities.
- Experience developing educational research trainings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team with healthcare personnel and researchers at all levels.
- Evidence of self-motivation, initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
- Demonstrated high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to observe, comprehend, analyze, and problem solve situations.
- Recognize scope of decision making, with ability to receive directions as appropriate.
- Experience with clinical trials, including audits and reporting.
