We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a contract basis. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Minimum of 2 years in a rehabilitation center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
