Work in a 36-bed inpatient unit. Provides nursing care, emotional support, and education to terminally ill patients, along with advanced proficiency in technical skills necessary for developing, providing, and coordinating care. Provides guidance, mentoring, evaluation, and management to direct reports.
Work 3-12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ to 2 years of experience.
- Computer Skills: Must be familiar with general computer use and functions, such as user names and password concepts, internet, email, navigation of computer desktops or laptops, starting programs, using files and windows, and effectively using navigation buttons and toolbars. Ability to self-manage online HR services and training programs.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Preference is given to individuals with a Baccalaureate Degree.
