LFR Clerk is responsible for recreating damaged pieces. They must verify that the damages listed on the remake list exist prior to remaking pieces. Once determined, they will begin the remake process by checking EPIC for any special instructions for said order number, copy and batch. Clerk will also obtain components using Infoshare/Materials Management and ensure correct components are being used (OME, BRE, Inserts, etc.).
Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs. Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation.
Requires knowledge of operating characteristics of the equipment. Will be operating V80 printer and Pulse inserter for lost forms re-creation.
Work hours are 7pm to 7 am Sun - Tues and every other Sat. or 7 pm - 7 am Wed - Fri and every other Sat.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Cerner Supply Chain application.
- Knowledge in Joint Commission accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of transporting items of varying compounds, textures or quantities.
- Knowledge of safety precautions when operating motorized vehicles, equipment and hand tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for proper storage, handling and shipment of hazardous materials.
- Knowledge of the methods and procedures for unloading, loading and packaging materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of the regulatory standards of materials management.
- Knowledge of budgeting, planning, procedure development and implementation and reporting techniques.
- Knowledge of applicable computer system software programs.
- Skill in effectively managing and leading staff, and delegating tasks and authority.
- Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands.
- Skill in using analytical and research skills to define and solve problems.
- Skill in assessing and implementing process improvements.
- Skill in purchasing, budgeting and inventory management techniques.
