SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTs
We are partnering with a far west suburban school program to find full time Speech Language Pathologists SLP for the 2024-2025 school year. Maximum of 2 buildings.
Seeking Bilingual, Monolingual and Sign Language skilled SLPS!
Responsibilities:
- Speech Pathologist will be assigned a caseload of elementary, middle, high school students and/or DHH students. Apply now while you have a choice in the caseload.
- SLP will provide direct and consultative Speech and Language services to students including screening, assessing, treating, and reporting as appropriate.
- Plan and present at IEP/Student conferences in consultation with staff.
- Monday-Friday as per school schedule. Full time (limited part time opportunities available).
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Hold Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) in Speech Pathology.
- CF candidates will be considered.
- Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience a plus.
- Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.
Work Hours:
- Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the building’s hours.
- Approximately 35 hours/week.
Salary and Benefits:
- $42/hr for new grads, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
