You have completed a BS plus a minimum of 6 years of nuclear quality assurance experience, or AS plus a minimum of 8 years of nuclear quality assurance experience, or HS plus a minimum of 10 years of nuclear quality assurance experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. As a Lead Auditor in Charlotte, NC (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Instrumentation and Controls Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Performing quality surveillances and auditing supplier and project processes and activities to ensure that appropriate controls have been defined and implemented.
- Demonstrating expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Planning, scheduling, and conducting independent audits and surveillance of materials and products.
- Reviewing documents, preparing checklists, conducting assessment interviews, and preparing Audit, Survey, and Surveillance reports.
- Ensuring and documenting that corrective actions are taken based on report findings.
- Maintaining knowledge and understanding of NRC or other pertinent regulations and industry codes and standards.
- Coordinating with Framatome Inc. Supplier Quality Management and being the primary contact for I&C Business Unit Suppliers.
- Routinely interfacing with Suppliers, both internal and external to Framatome.
- Traveling to Supplier and Framatome facilities both in the US, Canada, and internationally (valid passport required).

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $99,000 - $135,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
