The Asset Manager - Data, Europe will be responsible for building a team that will provide development and oversight as well as maintaining sustainable processes and reporting around data health and inventory management. This information will be captured in existing database systems (such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, CAD) and made visible up through management levels - providing a unified understanding of all aspects of data center capacity and utilization. The Manager will lead a team of individuals responsible for data integrity, space and power reporting and modeling, asset management and facility systems data integration between platforms (such as CMMS, ServiceNow and Salesforce).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a team of analysts; coach, mentor and develop the team.
- Maintain analytical and reporting tools for site operation personnel to quickly determine action from facility infrastructure data streams.
- Oversee asset management and data integrity processes for all sites.
- Own space management (CAD) and space/power modeling for all sites.
- New site integration for data and reporting (space and power).
- Simplify reporting and improve accuracy of information to manage & present data for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, along with other key strategic meetings.
- Facilitate collaboration of multiple departments to incorporate cross-functional needs into a holistic solution on data management.
- Develop an inventory management solution to support alignment of available inventory with sales & development planning efforts.
- Manage internal resource(s) as appropriate supporting site inventory management documents & sales inventory discussions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
- Three or more years of professional experience in finance, business analysis and/or operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of the following software tools: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as excellent organization, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent coordination skills between multiple stakeholders, third-party contractors, consultants and clients.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships and communication with staff, management, and customers.
