AV Support - £37,000 - £45,000 - London, Onsite
A Leading Lloyd's Syndicate Insurer, located in the City of London, is looking for a skilled AV (Audio-Visual) Support Technician to join their dynamic IT team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a fast-paced, prestigious environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless AV experiences across corporate meetings, live events & day-to-day operations & providing hands-on support to all levels of seniority.
The role:
- Proven experience in setting up & supporting Teams meeting room devices, ensuring a smooth operation during video conferences, meetings & presentations.
- Install & configure AV equipment including sound systems, video conferencing tools, screens, lighting systems, microphones, etc.
- Hands-on experience with AV setups, providing support for corporate meetings, conferences, presentations & live events.
- Diagnose & resolve issues with AV equipment.
- Provide immediate support for any technical difficulties that occur during live events/meetings.
- ITIL certification would be an advantage.
- Previous AV, Audio Visual support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Expertise in supporting & troubleshooting Microsoft Teams meeting room systems & other collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with AV equipment, including video conferencing tools, sound systems & related hardware.
