As a Program Analyst, you will serve as the regional Point of Contact (POC) for external outreach and relations with Congress, the aviation community, and the public. You will support corporate leadership and horizontal integration, organizational business planning, quality management, and various special projects associated with the ARA organization.
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
Specialized experience includes:
- Analyzing and interpreting an organization’s policies and operational programs.
- Translating organizational program goals and objectives into specific actions or initiatives and implementing them.
- Representing an organization to internal and external stakeholders including management and staff, elected officials and staff, and/or the public.
- Preparing presentations, letters, speeches, publications, and/or other deliverables using software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
