They also have the backing of their government, who own 40% of the business, ensuring stability while allowing the company to operate independently.

They've recently launched a brand-new apprenticeship program to upskill the next generation of food enthusiasts and have appointed several new board members to continue moving the business forward.
The Role
This position is based on the Isle of Man, and relocation will likely be necessary.
Reasons to consider relocating:

You will be in charge of the finances for the business, managing a small finance team, and communicating financial reporting and forecasting to the board.
You will also oversee payroll - weekly for the production staff and monthly for the senior leadership team.
YouIdeally, you will have a strong background in senior financial management in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing, but any heavily process-driven manufacturing experience will be considered.
A solid understanding of financial laws and risks is essential.
