Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time/direct hire basis at our Corporate office in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions. You must have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions.
- Manage project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and/or Business Process Analyst.
- Ability to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points and to work with technical colleagues to arrive at novel solutions.
- Experience interviewing and eliciting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Experience with modeling business processes visually using techniques such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and domain modeling.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience writing user training documentation.
- Experience reviewing and editing technical documentation.
- Experience in leading or supporting end-to-end and user acceptance testing management.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Present technical ideas and high-level concepts to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
