The Mission
The National Security Sector within Leidos combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. We have an exciting opportunity for a Direct Support Analyst at Fort Liberty, NC, supporting our 16 AF Cryptologic Training and Intelligence Operations Support (CTIOS) contract.
Job Summary:
The Direct Support Analyst will be responsible for the following job duties but are not limited to:
- Oversee intelligence planning, support, analysis, data flow, and product creation in support of unit operations to include sharing knowledge/experience with analyst teams.
- Maintain and ensure access to NSA raw SIGINT databases and analyst tools.
- Create pre-mission collection packages for operations that include targets, SIGINT details, threat assessments, and background information.
- Assist in development and execution of analytic training for individuals or groups related to existing or future toolsets and/or databases.
- Interface with GCC, TSOC, Inter-agency, and RTF collection managers to ensure and refine accurate collection tasking.
- Interface with TOPIs, Software Developers, and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight into tasking, application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.
- Travel CONUS/OCONUS in support of operational duties.
- Ensure/maintain unit compliance with applicable intelligence collection regulations and raw SIGINT access.
- Provide intelligence and mission planning support to training missions, exercises, and real-world operations.
- Interpret and apply Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR), Intelligence Needs (IN), Collection Requirement Numbers (CRN), and other standard intelligence tasking methods into operational CONOPs.
- Gain/Maintain access to Automated Message Handling System (AMHS).
- Send post-mission intelligence reports to appropriate entities to include NSA reporting.
- Travel as part of a collection team with a requirement to provide intelligence reach back, reporting, and data dissemination from OCONUS locations.
- Knowledge of and how to utilize various enterprise tools (e.g., WVT, DVT, SAT Tools, BLACKMAGIC, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, be eligible to gain and maintain a TS clearance with SCI/G/HCS/TK, and be willing to submit to a polygraph. Individual must be able to acquire Special Access Program (SAP) access.
- 10 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree in an intelligence discipline and 6+ years of related experience.
- Experience with SIGINT collection, reporting, targeting, and analysis.
- Experience as Air Force or DoD SIGINT Geospatial Analyst, AFSC 1N4 or sister service equivalent MOS/Rate preferred but all intelligence disciplines will be considered.
- Prior experience as a DSA or SGA will be prioritized.
- Special Operations experience a bonus.
- A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program listed above (e.g., 9141, 1N2A, 451/461, 452 or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP).
- Individual must be available for travel, both CONUS and OCONUS, approx. 15%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team in foreign environments.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
