4-day work week fixed schedules available. LIMITED SPOTS ARE OPEN, APPLY NOW!
Available schedules are as follows:
- A- Choose 2 days between Mon. through Thursday: 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 7pm
- B- Choose 2 days between Mon. through Thursday: 10am - 8pm, Friday 10am - 8pm, Sat 10am - 8pm
- C- Choose 2 days between Mon. through Thursday: 11am - 9pm, Friday 11am - 9pm, Sat 11am - 9pm
Ability to pick up shifts on your off day for extra $$$ is optional. If you are not able to commit to any of our pre-set 4-day schedules, you can also work a flexible 5-day work week with schedules released on the Friday prior.
Your role on our team:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurants.
- Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to Service Standards goals.
- Offer immediate/respectful responses to guests' needs.
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
- Be a friendly encouraging team player.
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
- Conduct daily food-safe audits.
- Uphold Food Safety Standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a business or marketing field of study.
- Experience as a leader in food service operations.
- Years of Experience: 2.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- This person must be skilled in time management.
- This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
- This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant.
