Role Definition
- Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project's scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.
Responsibilities
- Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
- Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
- Provide technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
- Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.
Consideration for Top Candidates:
- Previous experience supporting and managing projects in Finance, Credit and operations.
- Strong ability to not only lead a project and a group of SMEs but also actively participate in project work and support in the requirements for delivery/Implementation.
- 6 Sigma background.
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
Degree Requirement:
- A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in project or change management is recommended.

Additional Information:
- This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
