We are looking to speak with real estate associates with 1-4 years’ experience in securitization, syndication and participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans.
This is a market-leading opportunity to represent many of the world’s largest commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, mortgage banks, debt funds and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders and commercial real estate developers, owner/operators and borrowers.
You will join a friendly and esteemed team of expert lawyers who help clients develop, acquire, invest in, or lend with respect to significant projects or providing financing to real estate investment trusts (REITs) and related entities.
