We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst for our RevOps team to assist in delivering precise analytics and actionable insights. The candidate will be responsible for working with the frontline sales and leadership across various business units, providing updates on pipeline health, driving process adherence, and maintaining data controls during the sales cycle. This position is critical to curate solutions for the revenue generation team that allows them to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining sales reporting, including funnel, forecasting, productivity, and performance.
- Assisting in sales funnel management and enhancements.
- Contributing to forecasting analysis and visualization.
- Participating in the evaluation of marketing and sales productivity.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Begin learning the business and its functions.
- Familiarize yourself with the existing sales cycle, data sources, and processes used within the revenue operations business unit, and Salesforce.
Within 3 months, you will:
- Own the sales process monitoring, tracking, data input, and enablement for the specified business unit(s) and region(s).
- Map gaps in existing sales process documentation, activities, planning, and reporting process.
- Create ad-hoc Sales reports and drive standardization in Sales Operational reporting.
Within 6 months, you will:
- Build solutions in Salesforce and NetSuite to drive performance of the sales team.
- Understand the complete portfolio of reports used to run the Revenue organization.
About You:
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Sales Operations process from opportunity origination to closure.
- Ability to manage your own time effectively.
- Effective working on an international and cross-functional team.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $65,000 to $84,750. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
