Join us in this role where you’ll use technical expertise and experience to drive compliance best practices for the Compliance and Reliability Americas team. The team are experts in the fields of operational compliance, reliability, critical business requirements, and continuous improvement. This role will play a critical role in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing reliability processes as we protect the reliability of both our onshore and offshore assets.

You’ll be part of Compliance & Reliability Americas where you, together with your colleagues, will lead projects and assignments involving multiple departments and stakeholders. You’ll be supporting EPC and Operations in the design, build, and commissioning of all new generation in the US. This role will support processes assuring compliance of new projects by collaborating with our departments designing and commissioning assets to ensure they do so compliantly and for long term reliable operation. You’ll play an important role in:
- Supporting compliance assurance process to ensure assets in the EPC phase are handed over to Operations compliant and reliable for the long term.
- Ensuring accountability towards ISO requirements on operational assets and providing technical advice to investigation team when issues occur.
- Participating in risk management and management of change processes by ensuring compliance and reliability inputs is communicated and appropriately considered.
- Establishing strong collaborative relationships with front line personnel in a global matrix organization.

- Are able to identify business-critical requirements and prioritize accordingly when the team may need to shift direction in the event of a major incident or new standard being introduced.
