Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Vital Records Accounting record system.
- Prepare daily deposits and process refund checks.
- Prepare reports and keep detailed records of daily transactions and budget balances.
- Handle purchasing and payment of goods and services.
- Review and process complicated or contested transactions.
- Assist in preparation of the fiscal year budget.

Preferred Qualifications:
Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 3-5 years of experience.
