Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a prominent southeastern law firm with a national practice, is actively seeking an associate with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience to join its dynamic Commercial Real Estate team in its Charlotte office. You’ll assist with a wide variety of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
The successful candidate will possess a JD with commercial real estate experience; specifically, experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Moore & Van Allen’s Commercial Real Estate group provides extensive experience, effective strategies, and a practical approach to guiding real estate developers, institutional investors, companies and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions locally, statewide and nationwide in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The group is comprised of over 30 attorneys and working on all types of commercial real estate, from office buildings to industrial sites, shopping centers to mixed-use developments and residential subdivisions to hotels. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
