What you'll do...
Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools; data analytics. Responsibilities include articulating the levers that influence data, ensuring data quality, and organizing processes for analysis.
Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and procedures; applicable federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities include operating tools for evaluating pollution, supporting regulatory visits, and developing company policies regarding environmental risks.
Operational Excellence: Knowledge of organizational processes, root cause analysis techniques, and SOPs. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions and clarifying departmental roles.
Partnership & Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder identification and engagement techniques. Responsibilities include owning project delivery and supporting process updates.
Employee Health and Safety: Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and compliance auditing. Responsibilities include participating in inspections and maintaining health and safety records.
Asset Protection & Security: Knowledge of asset protection policies and safety laws. Responsibilities include investigating security breaches and maintaining loss prevention records.
EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies. Responsibilities include supporting training activities and managing feedback from participants.
Risk Management: Knowledge of risk management processes. Responsibilities include producing risk assessment reports and conducting risk assessments.
Process Improvement: Responsibilities include defining workflows, identifying process problems, and implementing improvement methods.
Influential Communication: Knowledge of effective communication techniques. Responsibilities include organizing thoughts and conveying messages to team members.
Transportation Operations: Knowledge of transportation laws and safety rules. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with transportation-related regulations.
Coordinates job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet business needs, and demonstrating adaptability.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
Ensures compliance with company policies and supports company values by implementing action plans.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
Option 2: 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety or Asset Protection within Supply Chain, Retail.
Associates must complete job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications...
1 or More Degreed Certifications (Associate Safety Professional; Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP). 2 or more years of investigative experience or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
