The impact you will have in this role:
Relationship Management's role is to pro-actively build and influence client relationships resulting in increased revenues and improved client experience/satisfaction within our managed account base. Clients include investment managers, broker/dealers, IMOs and custodians. They actively work with senior management, client service representatives, product, operations, integration and marketing teams to ensure deliverability for the client community. They act as Single Point of Contact (SPC) coordinating all DTCC Solutions activity within the account(s) and become the point person for all client inquiries into DTCC.
Being a member of this team, the Relationship Management EDGE candidate will work closely with the team and report to the Chief of Staff. They will be responsible for the execution of projects surrounding data analytics and reporting.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Relationship Managers to deliver critical client information by regularly collecting and analyzing client feedback
- Work with Relationship Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify gaps in product and performance
- Support strategic cross functional projects
- Track and manage internal team’s KPI and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across the organization (Client Services, Operations, Technology), to advance data analytics objectives
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2025: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field of study
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge around Salesforce, Power BI, and related reporting platform roles
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
