This job is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Markets Operations function for one or more operations product areas. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Job expectations include managing projects and the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products, services, and processes and coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and products.

The Global Data & Reporting Operations (GDRO) Strategic Solutions & Enablement (SSE) team is seeking an individual for a hybrid Agile Product Owner/testing role. This person will partner with Global Markets Operations leaders and process owners to define requirements, write user stories, complete refinement with technology partners, and support the strategic changes through the production release cycle and provide end-to-end UAT testing coordination and leadership.
The candidate should have strong business analysis skills, experience learning complex systems and workflows, a problem-solving mindset, a history of successful project management and execution, experience writing requirements and user stories, communicating with executive leaders, and experience leading E2E feature testing. The ideal candidate will have a Global Markets background.
Responsibilities:
- Confirms loan documentation for accurate trade settlements
- Partners with Sales Associates, Traders, Research Analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external attorneys, administrative agent banks, and various other internal operations groups
- Manages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing, and closing coordination
- Analyzes and resolves highly complex operational problems
- Supports ad-hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
- Processes loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems
- Partner with Business Partners to gather and document requirements into Agile stories.
- Review user stories with technology partners to complete the refinement and sizing processes.
- Provide input in the prioritization of the changes.
- Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives.
- Evaluate requirements from business partners to understand the changes being requested, translate requirements into stories, ensure adherence to change standards, and support completion of the changes through the entire development lifecycle.
- Perform in-sprint testing of feature stories.
- Partner with Product Owners and Development Team to understand the changes and define the scope of UAT.
- Develop testing plans for multiple workstreams to ensure all relevant scope is tested prior to production release.
- Evaluate feature stories in Jira to understand the change being made, create and document test scripts, and ensure their adherence to change standards.
- Ownership & coordination of E2E UAT with Operations SMEs, including independently hosting testing calls, troubleshooting potential defects, documenting bugs, and reporting on UAT status across various stakeholder groups.
- Document and prioritize all defects that are identified during UAT.
- Experience adhering to change standards within a regulated organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business associates and technology partners to ensure appropriate project governance.
- Influence decisions and outcomes through effective communications, adjusting style and personalizing messages to best connect with others.
- Communicate and interact with key stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to provide updates and ensure appropriate project governance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Agile development environment and Jira, preferably with Product Management, Product Owner, and/or Business Analysis Experience.
- Experience learning complex systems and workflows.
- Experience participating in and owning In-Sprint Acceptance Testing and E2E UAT Testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including situation analysis, problem identification, and solution recommendation strategies.
- Analytical Mindset, data-driven, and strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, from concept ideation, through socialization, planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Desired Qualifications:
