About the Role:
As a Lead Project Analyst - You'll play a critical role in supporting our financial operations. You'll be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports for our growing portfolio assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including debt service coverage ratios, for assigned projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, such as investors and auditors.
- Financial Analysis: Oversee analytical reviews of project performance and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to debt covenants and accounting standards.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience with financial reporting, consolidations and limited liability or 3 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with financial applications (e.g., OneStream, Cubes) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:
$90,000-$100,000 per year
