What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain network and operational reports for the SoCal Perm Medical Group
- Create regulatory reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Utilize SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, and MS Access for data management and reporting
- Design and develop dashboards and data models to visualize trends
- Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting and database development
- Proficiency in SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, and MS Access
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach
- Experience with normalized and relational data modeling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in regulatory reporting is a plus
- Previous experience as a DBA or managing SQL Server is advantageous
- Familiarity with ETL processes for data sourcing and storage
